Inductosense is a UK-based company that designs and manufactures ultrasonic sensor technologies for internal corrosion and erosion monitoring. You will join our team of industry experts, including engineers and academics, who have successfully trialed and deployed the Inductosense WAND technology with major operators across the world.
The WAND technology is an embeddable corrosion monitoring system that enables accurate, repeatable measurements and digitised data. Our solution enables customers to reduce costs associated with inspection and digitise their wall thickness measurements.
The Marketing Coordinator position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and creative individual to join our marketing team on a part time basis and contribute to the success of our marketing efforts. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organisational and communication skills. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to ensure that all marketing activities are completed efficiently and effectively. · Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing calendars.
· Prepare and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, case studies, and presentations.
· Coordinate meetings, workshops, and travel arrangements for the marketing department.
· Maintain organised and up-to-date files and records of marketing content, documents and activities.
· Sourcing, ordering and sampling of branded wear and merchandise.
Market Research
· Conduct research on key target customers, market trends, competitors.
· Analyse data and generate reports to support marketing strategies and decision-making.
· Monitoring and identifying thought leadership opportunities and content on LinkedIn
· Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
· Monitor and report on the performance of digitalmarketing efforts using tools such as Google Analytics and social mediainsights.
· Assist in the management of the company'swebsite and content updates.
· Help create and schedule social media posts across various platforms.
· Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, such as exhibitions, conferences, presentations and webinars.
· Coordination of meetings ahead and after events with relevant stakeholders and partners,
· Coordinate logistics, including registrationprocesses, demo equipment and travel.
· Prepare event materials and promotional items.
· Potential to provide on-site support during events and help with post-event follow-up activities.
Content Creation
· Assist in the development of marketing content, including blog posts, articles, case studies and presentations.
· Coordinate content projects such as case study creation with relevant departments, partners and customers and work to place all information into relevant templates.
· Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
· Support with the filming and photography of products, key stakeholders and training.
· Supporting the process of updating the branding on all company materials.
Communication and Collaboration
· Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and software, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
· Communicate with external partners, customer, vendors,and agencies to coordinate marketing activities.
· Provide regular updates and reports on marketing activities to the Marketing Manager and senior leadership.
· Coordination of projects such as the translation of company documents, i.e. data sheets, product brochures etc.
Education and Experience
· Previous experience in a marketing role or internship is essential.
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field is preferable.
· Excellent Canva and/or adobe skills with experience in graphic design and content creation.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word,Excel, PowerPoint).
· Experience using LinkedIn for business use.
· Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Jotforms).
· Excellent organisational and time management skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
· A self-starter and proactive working style.
This role is based at our office in Bristol, with the opportunity for hybrid working after a successful probationary period. The Marketing Coordinator will work in a collaborative and fast-paced office environment.
